Kristy King Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach
Kristy has always had a keen interest in health and human relationships. She qualified as a hairdresser at level 3 and was rapidly promoted to salon manager by age 20. She expanded her career into care work where she specialised in re enablement. She qualified as a mental health & wellbeing coach drawing from the latest neuroscience & positive psychology research. Kristy specialises in bespoke individual coaching, psychoeducation groups using her unique approach to maintaining health & wellness of the whole person. She also trained as a neurofeedback practitioner.
Bongani Matejeke, BA (Hons)
Bongani obtained his Honours degree in Psychology at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He then worked as a mentor with resettling ex-offenders in the community before developing an interest in people with brain injury. He worked as a personal assistant to people living with life changing brain injuries. He is trained in neurofeedback and has a special interest in the use of neurofeedback in emotional regulation and brain injury.
Sarah Rose DipHE, FDA, BA (Hons)
Sarah began her career as a trainee Legal Executive with the London Branch of a Top 50 Law Firm, subsequently graduating with a distinction in her undergraduate Law studies. She went on to develop her career working within the television, film, theatre, and management consultancy sectors. After a personal experience of psychological trauma, Sarah obtained a first-class honours degree in psychology and trained as a neurofeedback practitioner and provides psychoeducation and creative writing groups. Sarah has a developing interest in sport & exercise psychology and commences her formal training as a sport & exercise psychologist.
